    No. Not really. You need to brush both sides. I’ve cleaned enough dog’s teeth to see that there are plenty of build up especially on the lingual (behind) the K-9,the molars and even the lower anteriors. If you don’t, the tartar can build up below the gumline and have severe periodontal problems. Try your best to clean at an angle like humans do to get under the gums as well.

    I have tooth paste and a brush for my dog and he sits there, if I hold him down.
    he wont bite and I can pull on his lips.
    and I brush really gently on his teeth but his teeth alwasy bleed. so i dont like brushing much

    Wow, that is one cooperative dog! My dog will tolerate brushing, but no way could I pull on her lips like that. I have to let her brush her own back teeth, basically by chewing on the brush.
