I built this little custom Dog House in 2006.The look out on the roof is a cat house. It fits our 2 small dogs just fine. The interior is all solid cherry, the roof shingles are regular house hold shingles only I cut them down on the table saw. I painted the siding to match my house and garage. I also mounted casters to the bottom so it will roll easy. It looks good and the animals use it to sleep in. I ususlly keep a piece of commercial carpet inside it for them to sleep on and maybe a pillow……..
